Sales Policies

Due to the constant price fluctuations of the Magic singles market, all sales are final.  If you receive a card which we have described as "Mint" or "Near Mint" and are dissatisfied with the card's condition, we may offer you the option to return the card for an exchange (we pay shipping both ways) or we may offer you a refund (we pay the shipping cost to return the card). In either case, returned cards must be in the same condition as when they were sent to you.

We ask that you inspect your package promptly upon receipt and notify us within 48 hours of any discrepancies or concerns.

If you are ordering factory-sealed products from us (e.g. a booster pack) please be aware that although it is very rare, manufacturing defects occasionally occur.  If your sealed product is faulty in some way (e.g. it contains nothing but lands), you will need to contact the manufacturer of that sealed product with your query.

As with all collectable card games, MTG cards can often change value overnight.  Accordingly, although it is rarely necessary, we reserve the right to limit customers to a maximum of four (4) of any one card in the event that there has been a significant price change. In the unlikely event that this happens, we will contact you promptly.

To be clear, we welcome you to order cards in quantities greater than four.  Unless there has been a significant price change in the card you are ordering, this will not delay your order in any way.

We reserve the right to restrict or refuse any orders from resellers or dealers.
